As a postdoctoral researcher at CEA-LETI in Grenoble, France (2003\u20132005), he contributed to the development of microbolometer arrays for terahertz wave detection. Since 2005, he has continued his research at IEMN, first as a postdoctoral fellow (2005\u20132007) and then as a CNRS Research Scientist. He\u00a0 led the THz Photonics group from 2020 to early 2026. He is the author or co-author of over 200 publications in international journals and conferences and holds 3 patents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>His main research interests lie in THz electronics and optoelectronics, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optoelectronic generation and detection of THz radiation<\/li>\n<li>Ultrafast photodetectors with high saturation current<\/li>\n<li>Integrated photonic circuits<\/li>\n<li>THz waveguides and antennas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recent Publications:<\/strong><br \/>\n[1] New photodiodes ready to bridge optical and sub-THz communications, E.
