\u00e9quip\u00e9 de deux stations sous pointes hyperfr\u00e9quences basses et hautes temp\u00e9ratures. Une station cryog\u00e9nique sous pointes de type JANIS permet d\u2019effectuer des mesures hyperfr\u00e9quences jusque 67 GHz pour des temp\u00e9ratures allant de 5K jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300K.
