r\u00e9seaux vectoriels, mesureurs du facteur de bruit\u00a0 permettant d\u2019effectuer la caract\u00e9risation statique et hyperfr\u00e9quence jusque 110GHz en r\u00e9gime petit signal de composants incontournable pour tout composant \u00e9lectrique, les caract\u00e9ristiques statiques s\u2019effectuent avec une multitude d\u2019\u00e9quipement disponible. Les montages peuvent aussi se d\u00e9cliner sous plusieurs configuration que ce soit pour une \u00e9tude de caract\u00e9ristique ou pour alimenter des circuits complexes. l\u2019extraction des quatre param\u00e8tres de bruit [gamma opt, Nfmin et Rn] de dispositifs semi-conducteur \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, le p\u00f4le CHOP dispose de plusieurs bancs de mesure automatis\u00e9s permettant d\u2019effectuer la mesure du gain disponible et du facteur de bruit (Noise Figure) de composants hyperfr\u00e9quences sous pointes ou en bo\u00eetier selon les gammes de fr\u00e9quences
