Electromagnetic Characterization.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4>The MITEC group's research activities are divided into several themes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Instrumentation for microwaves and millimeter waves.<\/li>\n<li>Characterization of materials: measurement of complex dielectric permittivity and thermal conductivity.<\/li>\n<li>Design and production of RF devices on flexible biopolymer substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Durable RF electronics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Examples of research topics developed by members of the MITEC group:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and production of microwave systems using the \"six-port\" technique.<\/li>\n<li>Modelling the interaction between electromagnetic waves and new materials (thin-film materials, powders, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Broadband measurement of the complex dielectric permittivity of materials deposited in thin films.<\/li>\n<li>Broadband measurement of the complex dielectric permittivity of bio-sourced substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Producing RF antennas and filters on flexible bio-sourced substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Production of electromagnetic energy recovery systems (rectenna) on flexible bio-sourced substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of the thermal conductivity of materials deposited in thin films.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em>\"gather research collaborators with common approaches for actions around shared
