Micro-ondes) is a research group whose activities are resolutely oriented towards drastically improving the energy efficiency of communications and information processing systems. Reducing the energy cost of these systems without compromising their performance is the main motivation of the research activities carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The quest for extreme energy efficiency requires a transverse approach from the component to the global network. To meet this challenge, CSAM's broad spectrum of research activities covers a wide range of related issues, from 3D micro-storage devices to hardware-software interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>The CSAM group's scientific approach is characterized by a resolutely multidisciplinary approach.
