Une telle structure propage le mode TEM et permet ainsi de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une onde \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique plane aux tr\u00e8s basses fr\u00e9quences, domaine de fr\u00e9quences o\u00f9 les chambres an\u00e9cho\u00efques et les CRBM sont inexploitables. Les dimensions sont calcul\u00e9es pour avoir une imp\u00e9dance caract\u00e9ristique de 50 W.
