plusieurs \u00e9quipements permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux principales propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques et spectroscopiques des couches, nanostructures ou composants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la plateforme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos 2 <strong>ellipsom\u00e8tres spectroscopiques<\/strong> (Horiba) donnent acc\u00e8s dans une large gamme de longueurs d\u2019ondes (200nm \u00e0 2\u00b5m) aux indices optiques complexes d\u2019empilements de couches minces, en mode localis\u00e9 ou cartographie. Ils permettent \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9valuer d\u2019autres param\u00e8tres tels que valeurs de bandes interdites des mat\u00e9riaux,\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plusieurs techniques spectroscopiques standard sont \u00e9galement accessibles afin de d\u00e9terminer absorptions optiques, <strong>r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9, photoluminescence<\/strong>,\u2026Nous sommes \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019une plateforme de caract\u00e9risation de couches photovoltaiques, avec notamment la <strong>cartographie de photo-courant induit et r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
