nanobiotechnologies (jonctions mol\u00e9culaires, switches, m\u00e9moires, capteurs\u2026). En particulier la technique des monocouches auto-assembl\u00e9es (SAMs) permet d\u2019apporter aux surfaces des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques sp\u00e9cifiques. La synth\u00e8se et le greffage de nanoparticules sur diff\u00e9rents substrats est aussi r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Le laboratoire permet de r\u00e9aliser ces synth\u00e8ses sous atmosph\u00e8re inerte.<\/p>\n<p>Deux boites \u00e0 gants connect\u00e9es (MBRAUN) permettent de r\u00e9aliser sous atmosph\u00e8re inerte l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tapes de fabrication d\u2019un composant: la chimie de surface, les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de mol\u00e9cules ou de polym\u00e8res par spin-coating ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9vaporation d\u2019esp\u00e8ces organiques puis la m\u00e9tallisation sous ultravide.<\/p>\n<p>Des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de couches minces organiques sous vide sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es (paryl\u00e8ne, pentac\u00e8ne\u2026).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
