- Attraction in 2010 of a team of 4 researchers (1 Prof., 2 Associate Prof., 1 CR2) from Lille Mechanics Lab. to join forces at the interface between acoustics, fluidics and microtechnology (joint agreement of the french Ministry of research, CNRS and University of Lille 1).
- Attraction in 2011 of 1 additional Associate Prof. from an other team of IEMN/EC Lille
- Spontaneous and yearly candidatures of international and national researchers for CNRS positions within the group (total of 5 candidacy during the last 4 years)

Creations, coordinations & participations to International Laboratories :
- 2 Joint International Laboratories created by the group and under its direction: LIA « LEMAC » on Nonlinear Magneto-Acoustics (2005-2012) and LIA « LICS » on Critical and Supercritical Phenomena in Functional Electronics, Acoustics and Fluidics (2012-pres.): They gather IEMN and 5 institutes among the best in Russia and Ukraine in the fields of physics, acoustics, and micro-nano-technologies (40 researchers, 8 joint PhDs, 5 postdocs, 24 months of invited researchers/year)

- Close link established with the SME Thurmelec where was enrolled one of our former PhDs (1 joint project & M1/M2 joint students for training periods)
